Second Chance Cabrillo/Phoenix Center
Located at 4673-P Thornton Avenue in Fremont, CA about twenty miles south of Oakland.

Take Hwy 880 ("the Nimitz") to the Thornton Avenue exit and head West (left and over the overpass).  Go 1/2 mile.  On your left (after the second traffic light) is the Cabrillo Shoppin Center, located between Cabrillo Avenue and Devonshire Common.  Cabrillo Center is at the far left end of the building, as shown below.

Phoenix Women's Program (AOD tx for women who are pregnant, postpartum or parenting) is in the mornings; the Cabrillo Program(General AOD tx) is in the afternoons and evenings.

Mon-Tues-Thurs 9am to 8pm;  Wed 4pm to 8pm; Fri 9am to 8pm.; Sat 6:30pm to 8pm
