| Second Chance's PC1000 Drug Diversion Program is a twenty week,
thirty-hour program designed for people convicted for the first time of California's laws against possessing or being under the influence of illicit drugs. The course consists of eight education sessions and twelve discussions groups of ninety minutes each. Additionally, participants have monthly half-hour "Personal Interviews" with staff and attend weekly sessions of the Drug and Alcohol Abstinence Support Groups.
