The groups focus on learning to abstain from drugs
and alcohol, while developing valuable coping and living skills. We use group support to
help deal with peer pressure, self-esteem, anger, self discipline, boundaries and relapse
prevention. The Groups meet at the Newark center. (Click on LOCATIONS on our Home
Page for map and directions). Participants between the ages of 13 and 18 may be referred
by school, parents or another agency, or may come in on their own. Drop-in to check out
