Hayward Drug Court |
| The Drug Treatment Court Operates in the Hayward Superior Court. This
program offers an intense individual recovery-based treatment program for eligible
offenders. This 18 month probation program incorporates recovery, education and
employment. The program is divided into 3 phases. Each phase is designed to promote
self-sufficiency. The court’s goal is to aid in the individual’s progress and to
help secure a successful place in society. Second Chance’s participation is based on the Court’s Treatment Coordinator’s referrals. Appropriate clients are enrolled in our recovery program where individual treatment plans are formulated. Second Chance staff attend court sessions weekly to provide input on client progress.
